Osvaldo was born in 1972 and studied
Fashion Design in Oporto's CITEX Institute.
After taking part in the Turin Biennial Young Designers Show,
he won the first prize in the SANGUE NOVO competition - which
was organised by MODALISBOA - which granted him an internship
at the STUDIO PECLERS in Paris.
He has worked together extensively with the industry, and has
been involved with collections for several different textile
and footwear brands, including developing illustrations for
ANIVEC.
In addition to showing regularly at MODALISBOA, he has shown
his collections in Paris, for Portugal Fashion International.
He has recently taken part in collective shows and designed
costumes for the worlds of dance and the theatre: "I feel
deeply, I feel nothing" by Cristiana Rocha and "Poison
Theatre" by the Entretanto Theatre Company.
He has recently gained sponsorship from the MALHACILA Company
to commercially produce his collections.
